Maplee acts as a platform connecting buyers with independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws. Maplee is not a party to the transactions between buyers and vendors.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the platform.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by individual vendors. Please review the vendor's policies before making a purchase. Maplee may assist in dispute resolution between buyers and vendors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: creating false accounts, manipulating reviews, attempting to circumvent platform fees, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Maplee name, logo, and platform design are the property of Maplee. Vendors retain ownership of their product content and listings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maplee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maplee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Maplee after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
