We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity on our platform. This helps us improve your experience, remember your preferences, and provide relevant content.

6. Your Rights

You can see and change your account information at any time in your account settings, and you can close your account there.

Closing it erases your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, cart and wishlist, and you can't sign in again. Your orders and payment records are kept, because tax and payment rules require it; the name and delivery address on a past order stay on that order until the end of the retention period below.

If you agreed to hear from us by email or text, closing your account records that as withdrawn, and your address goes on our do-not-contact list for offers.

For help, or to ask us to erase the details of an order you placed without an account, write to support@maplee.ca.

7. Data retention

We keep the records described above for 730 days after an account is closed. After that, we remove the name and delivery address on your account's past orders, the contents of the messages you sent from it, and the contents of the emails and texts we sent to it.
